We continue to build out our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) infrastructure, globally, regionally and within our businesses—for scalable impact across our enterprise. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) continue to serve as catalysts for unique development, mentoring and networking opportunities and allow employees to extend our reach directly into communities across the globe.
As we strive for equity across our global footprint, our revised 10-point racial equity roadmap will now reflect our plan to donate at least $10.5 million by 2027 to strategically aligned racial equity-related organizations.
