Delivery & Returns

Shipping Information:

  • Our orders in Venezuela are shipped by Grupo Zoom, the ones responsible for the safety of the delivery. 
Our international orders are shipped by DHL EXPRESS or FEDEX, the ones are responsible for the safety of the delivery.
We have a shipping time of 1-8 business days, starting from the day after the order is placed. 
  • These times may vary if package is hold by local authorities or customs.
  • Free shipping for orders over $150
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO / DPO addresses
  • Maar will not be held responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit. 

General information (Returns and Exchanges)

  • While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of full priced merchandise, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 10 days of the delivery date. Sale items and items purchased using a 30% discount code or above, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
  • Credits will not be made until the returned item is received and approved for the credit.
  • Credits usually take between 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive your item(s). We will email you the Store Credit Code so you can use it in our web store, and will last 3 months.
  • Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
  • Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove sanitary the slip.
  • Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Maar discretion to determine if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. 
  • All exchange/return shipping fees will be paid by the customers.
  • Please note, original shipping and handling fees will not be not refundable.
